Making It Sustainable
The best journaling practice is the one you actually do. Here's how to make it stick:
Lower the bar
Three sentences is enough. Don't let "I don't have time for a full entry" become "I didn't journal at all." Three sentences every day beats a perfect entry once a week.
Keep it accessible
Your tarot journal should live next to your deck. No friction.
Don't judge your interpretations
There are no wrong entries. You're having a conversation with your subconscious. Let it speak freely.
Create a ritual
Same time, same place, same small ritual (a candle, a cup of tea) — cues your brain that it's tarot time and deepens the practice.
