One of the most-asked questions: "When will this happen?" Tarot is not a calendar, but there are systems for estimating timing.
The Suit System
- Wands — Days to weeks (fire moves fast)
- Cups — Weeks to months (water flows slowly)
- Swords — Days to weeks (air is swift)
- Pentacles — Months to years (earth is slow)
The Season System
- Wands → Spring/Summer
- Cups → Summer/Autumn
- Swords → Autumn/Winter
- Pentacles → Winter/Spring
Use these as loose guidelines, not precise schedules. Tarot timing is probabilistic, not deterministic.
